California Chicken Salad: Our Original Chicken Salad dressed up with crushed pineapple, craisins, and toasted pecans.
Deviled Egg Chicken Salad: All the flavors in a deviled egg (finely chopped boiled eggs, minced dill pickles, mayo, and seasonings) mixed with our Original Chicken Salad.

California Cheese Ball: Our most popular cheese ball from our catering service! Cream cheese, mixed until smooth with pineapple preserves, organic sweeteners, and natural flavorings. Rolled in craisins (dried cranberries), and toasted pecans. Serve with your favorite crackers (recommend whole grain or wheat thins)
Southern Cheese Ball: Cheddar cheese, Sharp cheddar, American and cream cheese, mixed until smooth with a special blend of seasonings and rolled in toasted pecans. Serve with Ritz crackers, Club crackers or sliced toasted baguettes. This one is for the Savory Cheese Lovers!
Spinach & Artichoke Cheese Ball: Cream cheese, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese, mixed until smooth with chopped artichoke hearts, spinach and a special blend of seasonings. Serve with Ritz crackers, Club crackers or sliced toasted baguettes. A new way to enjoy a classic hot dip!

Berry Lemondrop: Cream cheese sweetened with brown & powdered sugar, Lemoncello liquor and butter extract. Layered with dried blueberries and blackberry preserves filling. Topped with toasted sliced almonds, Lemoncello liquor, and pineapple preserves.
Christmas: Cream cheese sweetened with brown & powdered sugar, vanilla & butter extracts, Grand Manier orange liquor. Layered with craisins and orange marmalade filling. Topped with toasted pecans, Grand Manier liquor, and pepper jelly.
Louisiana: Cream cheese sweetened with brown & powdered sugar, vanilla & butter extracts. Layered with apricot and pineapple filling. Topped with toasted pecans, pecan praline liquor and fig preserves.
