After-the-Boil Crawfish Chowder: Crawfish, sweet corn, and fresh diced potatoes in a rich, cream-based stock. Enjoy this soup Fresh! The potatoes do not like to be frozen.
Andouille Crusted Pork Chops: Thick, hand-cut, boneless pork chops, crusted with Savoie's Andouille breading and baked to perfection! Topped with a Zatterain's Creole Mustard cream sauce and served with smashed potatoes. The best flavors of Louisiana in a dinner that your Family will Thank You for serving! Absolutely DELICIOUS!
Baked Spaghetti: Spaghetti pasta tossed with our beef marinara and lightly layered with cheddar & mozzarella cheese, and sprinkled with parmesan.
Baked Fish Acadian: Beautiful, flaky, white fish fillets (5-7oz) seasoned and baked. Served on top of angel hair pasta. Shrimp & crawfish cream sauce is served on the side to be poured over the fish when you enjoy this Fantastic Dinner!
Beef Enchilada Casserole: Lean ground beef sautéed with onions and peppers, mixed with refried beans and layered with corn tortillas, salsa, and Mexican shredded cheese. Topped with enchilada sauce.
Beef Manicotti: Lean ground beef, ricotta and Italian cheeses mixed together and stuffed into manicotti noodles. Topped with homemade marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
Cabbage Soup aka Detox Soup: This chicken broth based soup has cabbage, mild Rotel, carrots, mushrooms, green beans, green onions, celery, and red & green bell peppers. Very few calories, only a trace of fat (from the broth), and made to eat when you're hungry to fill you up. The recipe is from the "Cabbage Soup Diet Plan."
Cajun Chicken Pasta: Slices of juicy, white meat chicken and diced smoked tasso combined in a delicious Alfredo-style cheese sauce with onions, green onions, and diced multi-colored bell peppers. Served with rotini pasta.
Cheeseburger Soup: Lean ground beef is sautéed with onions, bell peppers, and green onions. After beef mixture is drained, Rotel, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and beef broth are added and soup is simmered to perfection. This soup is great over pasta & baked potatoes! Also makes a fantastic dip for nachos, just top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Chicken & Broccoli Rice Casserole: Boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded and added to our traditional broccoli rice casserole full of chopped broccoli, creamy cheese sauce, and topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
Chicken & Dressing: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, marinated and baked in a light butter sauce. Chicken is served over our Delicious Cornbread Dressing with a side of chicken gravy.
Chicken Delicious: Wild & long grain rice mixed with green beans, water chestnuts, sliced mushrooms, shredded white meat chicken, a creamy sauce, and cheddar cheese. Topped with cheddar cheese shreds.
Chicken Cornbread Dressing: Whole chickens slow cooked into a flavorful chicken stock, deboned, and added to homemade cornbread dressing with cornbread, seasoned bread cubes, onions, green onions, chicken broth, and seasonings.
Chicken & Dumplings: Whole chickens are cooked until tender, deboned and added back to a creamy broth full of melt-in-your-mouth homemade dumplings! The ULTIMATE in comfort food! These take forever to make so y'all can lick your lips after enjoying a bowl of this Country Goodness! Enjoy this dinner Fresh! Dumplings do not like the freezer.

Chicken Gnocchi Soup: This delicious soup starts with homemade chicken broth and then we add gnocchi potato dumplings, fresh spinach, green onions, and milk.
Chicken Madeline: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated and baked before being topped with our Marvelous Spinach Madeline! Served with angel hair pasta on the side. Packaged 2 per pan for proper heating.
Chicken Parmesan: Boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated and baked before being topped with low-fat mozzarella cheese, homemade marinara and sprinkled with parmesan. Served with angel hair pasta (whole wheat by request) on the side. Low-fat and Delicious!
Chicken Penne Pasta: A creamy, Alfredo-style cheese sauce full of white meat chicken slices, Velveeta, parmesan, and mild Rotel. Flavorful, not spicy.
Chicken Pot Pie: Start with a tender pie crust and fill it with fresh, diced potatoes and tender shredded white meat chicken in a delicious, creamy sauce with a sprinkle of peas and carrots. Topped with a flaky crust.
Chicken Queso Soup: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts slow poached in our special blend of Tex-Mex seasonings and shredded. We then use the broth and create a delicious soup with cream cheese, 4 cheese Mexican blend, Verde salsa, Rotel, shredded chicken, and a lot of LOVE! Top this soup with crumbled tortilla chips or Fritos!
Chicken Roban: Slices of tender white meat chicken breasts, added to a rich and spice Alfredo cream sauce, combined with blackened seasonings. Tossed with egg noodles and garnished with finely chopped green onions. (Can be made with mild seasoning by request).
Chicken & Sausage Gumbo: Whole roasted chickens de-boned and cooked in a delicious homemade stock with lots of sliced, smoked sausage, onions, and a few green onions. We precook the sausage and drain off the fat to reduce the oil in the gumbo.
Chicken Tortilla Soup: White meat chicken, onions, corn tortilla strips, green chilis, diced tomatoes, potatoes, corn, fiesta cheese blend, and special seasonings are added to a delicious, creamy chicken stock. Served with crumbled tortilla strips on the side.
Chicken & Veggie Tortilla Soup: White meat chicken, onions, corn tortilla strips, green chilis, diced tomatoes, potatoes, corn, black beans, zucchini, squash, and special seasonings in a light chicken stock. Shredded cheese and crumbled tortilla strips on the side.
Chili: Lean ground beef, creamed red beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and the perfect seasonings slow cooked to create a hearty and delicious bowl of chili! You can serve with Fritos & cheese, or top with cheese & sour cream to warm you up for dinner anytime!

Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Rice Casserole: Boneless, skinless chicken breast are marinated and grilled to perfection. Topped with a delicious butter sauce and served on top of broccoli rice casserole.
Grilled Chicken & Loaded Potato Casserole: Boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated and grilled to perfection. Chicken is topped with a lightly seasoned chicken gravy and severed on top of loaded baked potato casserole (full of cheese, bacon, and sour cream). The perfect dinner for the entire family!
Hamburger Steaks & Gravy: Lean ground beef, bread crumbs, and a special blend of seasonings combined to make these large hamburger steaks. Served covered in rich brown gravy and topped with sliced mushrooms (optional). Served with rice on the side.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole: Corn tortilla slices layered with a zesty, creamy sauce full of chicken, green chilis, Rotel, chicken broth, sour cream, and Mexican blend cheeses. This is a recipe from a worker at King Ranch in Texas from 1966! A Delicious Tex-Mex Classic!
Loaded Potato Soup: Fresh baked potatoes cubed and added to a delicious pot of creamy soup with chicken broth, milk, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and a sprinkle of green onions.
Louisiana Creole: Start with the holy trinity (onions, peppers, & celery) and chopped garlic sautéed in a Cajun roux with tomato paste. Crushed tomatoes, boneless chicken thighs, andouille sausage, and shrimp are added to the pot with chicken broth and Louisiana seasonings. Served with rice on the side.
Meatza Pizza Pasta: Rotini pasta mixed with our delicious marinara sauce and lean ground beef. Pasta is then layered with lots of pepperoni, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. A combination of baked spaghetti & pepperoni pizza pasta.
Monterrey Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated & grilled, topped with shredded cheddar cheese & crumbled bacon. Served on top of seasoned yellow rice with Barbecue Salsa dipping sauce on the side.
Pasta Bake: Penne pasta mixed together with ricotta, and Italian cheeses are layered with beef marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Home-style Lasagna!
Pastalaya: Lots of chicken, pork, and sausage slow cooked with fettuccini noodles and onions in a black iron pot.
Peachy Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts slow baked with peaches, brown sugar, a little pepper jelly, and a sprinkle of tarragon.
Pepperoni Pizza Pasta: Bowtie pasta mixed with our delicious marinara sauce layered with lots of pepperoni, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
Pinto Beans & Rice: Our pinto beans are slow cooked with Rotel and smoked ham hocks, Texas-style. Served with rice on the side.
Pot Roast & Gravy: A combination of Sirloin Beef Roast and Boston Butt Pork Roast seasoned and slow roasted for hours in a delicious brown gravy with carrots and potatoes. Served with a side of rice.
Pulled Pork Barbecue for Sandwiches: Whole Boston Butt Pork Roasts rubbed down and slow roasted for hours until falling apart tender. We then pull apart, shred, chop, season, and mix with sweet barbecue sauce.
Red Beans & Rice: Creamy, Creole-style red beans slow cooked with slices of Savoie's Smoked Sausage. Served with rice on the side.
Rice Dressing: Lean ground beef and shredded chicken mixed with rice and a flavorful sauce. Can be enjoyed as a meal or side dish.

Seafood Stuffed Potato Casserole: Crawfish, crabmeat, and shrimp sautéed in butter and seasonings before being added to baked mashed potatoes with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
Shepherd's Pie: Lean ground beef slow simmered in brown gravy and seasonings. Layered in a casserole pan with a springle of peas & carrots, topped with creamy homemade mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese.
